Ground Kontrol Classic Arcade Events (Portland, OR)

Since 2011 I’ve developed, produced, and hosted Ground Kontrol Classic Arcade’s premiere events, founding the Giga-Fright Halloween Party, now in its 14th year, Indie Game Night both on site at Ground Kontrol and in collaboration with the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry for OMSI After Dark, and The Ground Kontrol NYE Free Play Party creating community centered, fun-forward, events that appeal to the wide range of Portlanders, while still satisfying hard-core gamers and nostalgia hunters alike looking for events that live up to the mantra “Keep Portland weird!” and working to build Ground Kontrol’s glowing national reputation as one of the countries premiere arcade-bars
